Paul Fogel is a 13-year veteran leasing and selling industrial real estate for Karbank Real Estate Company in Kansas City. Paul has participated in more than $150 million dollars of industrial transactions in the five-county area in his career.

Paul serves as president on the Kansas City Industrial Council, a lobbying organization representing more than 70,000 manufacturing jobs in Kansas City’s historic industrial areas. Past successes for KCIC include securing for funding for the replacement of the Chouteau Bridge, the replacement of storm sewers in the Central Industrial District and others.

Paul was named to Ingram’s magazine’s “40 under 40” list in April 2007.
