Joe Smuckler joined B. A. Karbank & Co. in 2000. He is vice president of facilities and property management for Karbank's portfolio. Prior to joining Karbank, Joe held executive management positions in a production and sales manufacturing company. He was responsible for the negotiation, implementation, and administration of General Service Adminstration contracts for a multi-product manufacturing company and was recognized by GSA by being appointed to its Business Advisory Board.

Joe is actively involved in, and sits on the board of, several civic and non-profit organizations.
