NEIL D. KARBANK Neil D. Karbank graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1976. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in 1980. While in law school, he was a member of the Cardozo Law Review. Mr. Karbank was formerly associated with Skadden, Arps, Slat, Meagher and Flom. His areas of practice include real estate, corporate law, non-profit and charitable organizations and aviation law. Mr. Karbank is a frequent lecturer and speaker on topics ranging from commercial leases, hostile transactions, and non-profit corporations. Mr. Karbank’s community contributions include Member and Chair Emeritus, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Humanity In Action, Inc., Trustee of the Nelson-Atkins Museum and former President of the Board of Directors of Aspen Film. |
