Mr. Monsees joined B. A. Karbank & Co. in 1969 and is now a partner and President. He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from the University of Missouri. Mr. Monsees is a member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors and has held offices of President of the Western Missouri-Kansas Chapter and National District Vice President. He serves on the Kansas City Area Development Council, past President of the Northeast Industrial Association, CORFAC International Board Member, and First Federal Bank Advisory Board Member.
