Paul Fogel, SIOR, CPM, CCIM
Paul Fogel is a 15-year veteran leasing and selling industrial real estate in Kansas City. Paul has participated in more than $175 million dollars of industrial transactions in the five-county area in his career. Paul is the president on the Western Missouri/Kansas chapter of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. In 2007 Paul served as president on the Kansas City Industrial Council, a lobbying organization representing more than 70,000 manufacturing jobs in Kansas City’s historic industrial areas. Paul has earned the SIOR (Specialist, Industrial and Office Realtor), CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and CPM (Certified Property Manager) designations. Paul has served three terms on the Board of Trustees of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, served two terms on the Board of Directors for Impact KC, and Community Linc. He serves on the boards of two social organizations and is active in his church. Paul was named to Ingram's Magazine's "40 under Forty" list in April 2007. |
